Emergency Management

Emergency Management addresses emergencies and teaches the TCC community to think about hazards, prepare for them and know how to act when they occur.

Our program coordinates a comprehensive, all-hazards approach through the Emergency Management cycle of:

  • Preparedness
  • Response
  • Recovery
  • Mitigation

Emergency Management Plan

TCC maintains a comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (PDF will open in a new window).

The plan:

  • Meets local, state and federal standards
  • Is designed to obtain the swiftest, specialized emergency assistance for the protection of life and property at all TCC campuses
  • Describes the protocol, resources, response partners and organizational structure that will activate to address any man-made, natural or technological disruption that might interfere with normal College activities
