The Information Center is a fully operational contact center with nine agents and one specialist providing phone, Web and email support for the College. Information Center agents field calls from first-time-in-college students to assist them in getting started at TCC.
Other services include processing student information requests, printed and marketing material requests from TCC departments and maintaining AskTCC, a Web-based tool which provides instant answers to student questions.
