Office of Institutional Research, Planning and Effectiveness (IRPE)
The Office of Institutional Research, Planning and Effectiveness (IRPE) provides data and information for decision making and improvement. Our office assists faculty and staff with design and research efforts; conducts surveys and analyzes the results; and assists with program reviews and accreditation matters.
IRPE prepares reports for filing with:
- Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS)
- Legislative Budget Board (LBB)
- Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC)
Research Request Forms:

- Research Data Request Packet - for individuals wanting to use TCCD data to conduct research for purposes such as a master's thesis or doctoral dissertation.
- Research Data/Report Request Form - for employees to use when requesting data or reports from our office.
