The official day of record for an undergraduate regular term course is the 12th class day (census date).
Drops occurring before the census date:

Warning! Six Drop Rule
Depending on course length of non-credit courses, the census date is the third class day. The census date is the last class day for courses less than three days.
To withdraw or drop from a credit or non-credit course:
The college reserves the right to withdraw a student from class if, in the judgment of college officials, such withdrawal is in the best interest of the student or the student body at large.
