Designated Parking for Low Emissions and Hybrid Vehicles

In keeping with TCC’s commitment to sustainability, parking spaces for Low Emissions and Hybrid Vehicles have recently been installed at Southeast Campus.

To ensure that these spaces are used properly, vehicles parked in these areas must either be a hybrid or meet the LEED definition of a Low Emissions Vehicle:

Vehicles that are either classified as Zero Emission Vehicles (ZEV) by the California Air Resources Board or have achieved a minimum green score of 40 on the American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy

Students, faculty, staff or guests parking in these spaces without meeting the guidelines will be fined.
