Transitional Skills

Our goal is to prepare you to make the transition from codependency to independent living if you are a developmentally challenged young adult.

Each program is designed to prepare you for vocational training and job readiness by helping you build your critical life skills and your academic skills.

Transitional Skills Program Requirements

To participate, you must be:

  • At least 17 years of age
  • A high school graduate or a senior in high school.
