Most of our students need chemistry for one of the following areas of study:

  • Programs in the Allied Health Professions
  • Degrees in Medicine such as an M.D. or Pharmacy Degree
  • Non-Science majors such as Business
  • Science and Engineering students are also required to take one or two semesters of general chemistry
  • Chemistry or Biochemistry.
