Chemistry for Non-science Majors

  • Which chemistry class would fulfill the requirements for a non-science major degree plan?

Check directly with the programs where you have interest to be sure of their requirements.

Many non-science degree programs require eight hours of a laboratory science. For example, a bachelor’s degree in business administration typically requires eight hours in one of the following sciences: biology, chemistry, geology or physics. Chemistry 1405 and Chemistry 1407 would fulfill this requirement.
