Many non-science degree programs require 8 hours of a laboratory science. For example, a bachelor’s degree in business administration typically requires 8 hours in one of the following sciences: biology, chemistry, geology or physics. Chemistry 1405 and Chemistry 1407 would fulfill this requirement.
