Dental Hygiene Clinic Information

Dental hygiene students attending TCC Northeast Campus provide services in a dedicated clinic. The services offered by the clinic are strictly preventative. A one time fee of $10 is charged for services provided during each semester. Students perform all services and work under the direct supervision of full-time and part-time licensed faculty. 

Services Provided

• Prophylaxis (cleaning of teeth), to include limited periodontal therapy
• Full-mouth X-rays
• Panoramic X-rays
• Pit and Fissure sealants (per quadrant), plus bite wings
• Seven vertical bite wings
• Preventative counseling sessions

Appointments may last several hours each, and patients may require several visits for completion. Patients are selected on a provisional basis.
