Required Tools

Students enrolled in the Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technology Program are required to furnish their own hand tools for use in the laboratories. The tools are those of the trade and will be used by the students throughout the entire program and in the field. These tools are not required on the first day of class, for that day is set aside for Orientation.

Tools can be purchased from AC Supply for a discounted price for all HART students. A complete list of required tools is detailed by course and represents the discount price; prices are subject to change. Students are not required to purchase tools from AC Supply; it is only an option, for they are the same tools that are used by the instructors.
