Application Information
Prospective students must submit a Railroad Dispatcher Training Program Application Packet (PDF opens in a new window). The students who are accepted into the program will then need to apply to TCC.
Instructions
1. Application must be typed.
Employment History
- Provide last ten years of employment information or past five employers.
- Account for any employment gaps of more than six months.
- Attach a current résumé.
- Include two original and current signed letters of referral from someone unrelated to you. No faxed, copied or emailed letters will be accepted.
Education
- Enclose a copy of your diploma from an accredited high school or proof of GED.
- List all colleges and universities you attended and enclose official transcripts.
- Enclose a DD Form 214 if discharged from the military.
- List any technical training you received in high school or college, during military experience, or on the job.
2. Sign the acknowledgment sheet.
3. Place the completed application and all requested documents in an envelope.
Please do not put your application in a folder, binder or other similar device.
4. Send your completed application and all requested documents via U.S. Postal Service to:

Applications will be accepted only if all required documentation is included, and the application is filled out completely.
Within two weeks of the arrival of your application, the TCC Railroad Coordinator will notify you by email of the receipt of your application.
