Inventory Control and Warehouse
Inventory Control provides a wide variety of services for TCCD departments and employees. These include:
Equipment Services
- Bar-coding new assets for each campus and off-site location.
- Creating, maintaining, and updating fixed asset records in Colleague.
- Processing Equipment Transfer and Deletion Requests.
- Creating and distributing departmental inventory lists.
- Conducting physical inventories throughout the district.
- Overseeing the installation of new computers.
Surplus Management
- Maintaining the MLK surplus warehouse.
- Setting up and conducting the annual surplus auction.
Hours of Operation
Monday - Friday
7 a.m.- 4 p.m.
