On-campus advising will close on Friday, December 12, at 5 p.m. and will resume Monday, January 5, at 8 a.m.

But online advising will be available!

Online Advising Schedule

December 13, 2014 – January 3, 2015:

  • 9 a.m. – 10 p.m., Monday – Friday
  • 1 p.m. – 4 p.m., Saturday

Advising will not be available:

  • December 24 and 25
  • After 3 p.m. on December 31
  • January 1

How to Access Online Advising Chat

  • Log in to myTCC using your WebAdvisor username and password.
  • Select Get Blackboard IM
  • Follow the installation instructions
  • Set up your account
  • Sign in to Blackboard IM
  • Select the School tab
  • Double-click on Online Academic Advising
  • Consult with an online advisor
