Current Students

Advising by Appointment!

You can now schedule a 30-minute advising appointment at a time that is convenient for you.

Plus, your advisor will be able to prepare to talk with you about your specific program and goals.

Scheduling your appointment is easy, and you can do it 24/7! Here’s how:

  1. Log in to WebAdvisor
  2. Go to the Students Menu
  3. Select the Advising by Appointment button at the top of the page
  4. Select the Continue to the appointment scheduler link at the bottom of the Advising by Appointment page
  5. Log on to ClockWork with your WebAdvisor username and password
  6. Select Schedule an Appointment on the scheduler page
  7. Choose your campus from the Appointment type filter pull-down menu

You will see list of all the available times for all the available advisors for the current date.

To choose a future date:

  1. Select the calendar icon next to the box with the current date
  2. Choose the date when you want to meet with an advisor

To meet with any advisor who is available when you are:

  1. Identify the appointment time on the list that works for you
  2. Select the corresponding Schedule this time slot link (in the Action column)

To meet with a specific advisor, choose that advisor’s name from the With who filter pull-down menu

  1. Identify the appointment time on the list that works for you
  2. Select the corresponding Schedule this time slot link (in the Action column)

On the appointment confirmation page:

  1. Make sure the campus, date, time and advisor are correct
  2. Note the details for your calendar
  3. Select Confirm this booking
  4. Select the OK button on the confirmation pop-up panel
  5. Select Cancel if you want to return to the scheduler to pick a different appointment
  6. Select log out in the upper right corner after you have scheduled your appointment



First-Time-in-College (FTIC) Students

All First-Time-in-College students are required to attend:


Transfers and Returning Students

Transfer and returning students are encouraged to speak with an advisor.
