Books purchases after the refund period may be returned for a refund within 48 hours of the original purchase.
New books must be unmarked, unused and in original wrapping for a full refund. Otherwise, books will be refunded at used prices provided that no software or licensing has been opened and the books are still in salable condition.
There are no refunds on loose-leaf textbooks or special orders.
Books purchased for future semesters are not guaranteed by bookstore and are bound by the current semester's return policy. Verification of enrollment in classes may be required before a refund is approved.
There are no refunds on textbooks for Continuing Education classes unless the class is cancelled and the books are returned within two (2) days of the originally scheduled start date of the class.
There are no refunds on sundries, newspapers, test forms and sale items.
Non-textbook items may be refunded or exchanged at any time with original receipt provided the merchandise is still in new condition, in the original packaging and the price tags have not been removed. Computer software may be returned if it is unopened and shrink-wrapped.
