Aid Status and Notices

Please have all paperwork to our offices by the priority deadline date for guaranteed processing. If you do not have your paperwork complete, or if you submit your paperwork to our office late, you may be required to pay your tuition and fee costs up front and be reimbursed during the semester, if you are eligible for funding.

Priority Deadlines

• Fall - May 1
• Spring - October 1
• Summer - April 1

If you do not have an award letter from TCC, you do not have financial aid. Until you receive an award letter, financial aid is not available to you.

How to Check Your Financial Aid Status

1. Log in to WebAdvisor
2. Select Students
3. Select Financial Aid Status and Award Letter under Financial Aid

Check your student email for official notices online at CampusCruiser. Official notices can include:

• award announcements
• missing document requests

Attention Veterans

TCC has designated the Director of Student Financial Aid Services (SFAS) at each campus to assists military veterans and their family members in understanding and obtaining benefits available under state and federal financial assistance programs. To receive specialized assistance from your TCC Veterans Advocate, contact your campus Director of SFAS.
