Transcript Requests

The Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) protects the privacy of academic records.

There is no charge for transcripts. All financial obligations must be met before transcripts will be released.

Transcripts are processed by staff in the Office of Records and Reports and are sent by U.S. Mail or electronically (SPEEDE), if available, to certain institutions. Allow three business days for processing; five business days during peak times.

How to Request a Transcript

  • Online
    • Log in to WebAdvisor
    • Select Students
    • Select Request Official Transcript under Academic Links
  • In Person
    • Registrars Offices stamp transcripts "Issued to student"
    • Limit three per request
  • By Mail to the District Office Attn: Records and Reports
  • By FAX to 817-515-5179 - Attn: Records and Reports
  • Sorry, no phone or email requests

Electronic Transcripts (SPEEDE)

Transcripts can be transmitted electronically to certain institutions if:

  •  Student's Academic Standing is Good or Probation; transcripts for students on Suspension or Dismissal will be sent via U.S. Mail
  • Student has no outstanding financial obligation to the college

View Transcript or Check Request Status

  1. Log in to WebAdvisor
  2. Select Students
  3. Select View Unofficial Transcript, or
    Select My Student Summary to view TCC Transcript Requests
