Artist's photos show performing artists in theater, puppetry

A student photography exhibit is on display for TCC students, faculty and staff as well as the general public

Loli Kantor is displaying her photo exhibit in the NE Campus Learning Resource Center through May 17.

Her work focuses on performing arts with an emphasis on the creative processes behind theater, dance and puppetry.

The works are silver gelatin and dyecoupler prints.

The images are from local art venues and from Prague, Czech Republic. Kantor also does documentary work and uses photography as social commentary.

She is a founding member of f8 Photography in Fort Worth, a photographic society.

Kantor had two solo shows in 2000 and 2002 locally and participated in group shows in France and Prague last summer.

Her images from Prague were featured in the Hip Pocket Theatre's Kafka/A Hunger Artist last October.

She recently participated in a group show at Art Space 111 in Fort Worth.
