Campuses to follow dream among dancers

    More than 100 dance performers from NW and NE campuses will perform Follow the Dream: A Tribute to the Spirit of Special Americans at the Will Rogers Coliseum, Friday, April 25.
    A variety of dancers will perform from beginners to professionals. Dancers of all ages and styles will contribute to the concert.
    "It shows all performers can dance together, creating art," Linda Quinn, director of dance on NW Campus, said.
    Lacreacia Sanders, assistant director of NW dance; Brandon Mason and Lee Neisler, student choreographers; Valecia Harris, alumni choreographer, and Michelle Ozmun and Genevieve Durham, adjunct dance instructors, will contribute to the performances.
    The performance is appropriate for all ages, Quinn said.
    Performances include ballet, tap, jazz, modern dance and Irish step dance.
    Tickets are $8-$15, depending on seating, and are available at Central Tickets, 817-335-9000.
