Optimist to open clubs

    The Optimist Clubs of NW and South campuses will have their charter presentation banquet next week.
    The South Campus Optimist Club formally organized in October 2002, and the NW Optimist Club organized March 28, 2003.
    The organization's primary focus is the mentoring of at-risk children in the community.
    During the evening, recognition will be given to students who have participated in activities.
    The banquet will be held Friday, April 25, at 7 p.m. in the South Campus SUB Living Room. Dress is business casual.
