Professor to perform in SE musical recital


   The sound of piano music will fill the air on SE Campus Tuesday, Sept. 23.
   Angela Favazza, an adjunct professor of piano, will perform in recital in the campus theater.
   Pieces from such composers as Bach, Beethoven, Chopin, Barber are included in the program.
   Favazza has studied piano since the age of 9.
   She completed her Bachelor of Music degree in 1993 from the University of Alabama.
   The musician also received her Master of Music degree in 1997 as well as the Artist Diploma in 1999 from Texas Christian University.
   Favazza has also participated in several festivals in Europe and was invited to perform at Bass Hall in a special concert honoring award-winning pianist Van Cliburn.
  The performance will be in the Roberson Theater on SE Campus at 7:30 p.m.
