NE art video series to begin

    The NE Campus art department begins showing a series of afternoon videos about influential artists in FAB 194 this month.

   The videos will be shown at 2:30 p.m. on alternating Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

   The first film, scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 31, is Umbrellas—Christo & Jeanne-Claude.

   Christo and Jeanne-Claude are European artists known for wrapping large objects and landmarks, such as the Reichstag in Berlin, Germany, in fabric.

  The next film, Sister Wendy—The Metropolitan Museum of New York, will be Wednesday, Feb 13.
