Class acts for fall

All four campuses kicked off festivities and classes for the fall semester last week.

Each campus welcomed students with activities and/or entertainment between classes.

Friday was Splash Day on NE Campus. Activities, held in the pool area of the HPE Building, marked the beginning of the campus' NEW U wellness program.

Also, student organizations set up information tables in different locations throughout the week to help new students and introduce them to clubs.

NW Campus student activities held a Howdy BBQ as part of its opening activities. Southern Justice provided live music.

A back-to-school/back-to-work job fair was held on SE Campus as part of its opening activities. Student organizations will sponsor a Beach Party Friday, Sept. 6, at the sand volleyball courts.

South Campus held Club Fest and featured the reggae band Watusi. Student organizations were present to recruit new members.

Welcome back activities started a full schedule of events planned for the fall semester on each campus.
