Students can find money in seminar

    When it comes to having a little extra cash to live on, many students will say they simply cannot afford to have much of a social life.

   Students who recognize this scenario are in luck.

   As part of the South Campus College Student Survival series, the Tarrant County Consumer Counseling Credit Services will present Show Me the Money Thursday, April 11, 11 a.m.-12:20 p.m. in the SUB Texas Room.

   The free seminar will help students get their finances under control.

   Many students will agree that the cost of higher education is an on-going struggle.

   As if tuition is not financially binding enough, there is continuing need for updated textbooks, school supplies and several other costs that burden students.

   The seminar will recommend ways to “show you the money.”
