Participants needed for Relay for Life

    American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life is just around the corner.

   Relay for Life is the American Cancer Society’s community-oriented event in which participants take turns walking or running relay-style around a track overnight.

   Teams of company employees, churches, community groups, students, friends and family members will walk or run all night on specified weekends during the months of May and June in the battle against cancer.

   Teams collect contributions and can win prizes for their efforts. Although Relay for Life will not take place until May and June, kick-off parties will be held Friday, Feb. 15, and Thursday, Feb. 21.
