Golf card allows discount rounds for participants

   Golfers can save money and help charity by purchasing a Golf Fore Sight discount card from Prevent Blindness Texas-Fort Worth branch.

   The card allows a golfer to play one free or discounted round of golf at each of 24 Dallas and Fort Worth area courses, including the five City of Fort Worth courses.

   Cards sell for $35 each or two for $60. One can also purchase four for $100. Major credit cards are accepted.

   Proceeds from the sale of the cards will benefit the Prevent Blindness Texas free sight-saving educational programs and vision and glaucoma screenings for children and adults.

   The Golf Fore Sight card is valid through Dec. 31. For more information, call 817-332-8125.
