Team to try out players

    Watch out Dallas because Fort Worth now has its own football team.

    The United Professional Football League is a minor league designed to develop players, coaches and officials so they can perform at the next level.

    The Fort Worth Rampage will hold tryouts on Saturday, Feb. 1, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m., in Burleson at Bartlett Park.

    Interested football players must be 18 years old and willing to travel.

    Home games will be played at Pennington Field in Bedford.

    The league is also looking for dancers for their dance team, who also must be at least 18 years or older.
