How do I check my financial aid status?

To check on the status of your financial aid, you must:

  1. Log in to WebAdvisor
  2. Select Students
  3. Select Self-Service Financial Aid under the heading Financial Aid Services
  4. Review your financial aid status checklist
  5. Accept/decline your awards by selecting My Awards under the Financial Aid menu
  6. Review your award letter by selecting Award Letter under the Financial Aid menu

Be sure to review your award letter terms on Self-Service Financial Aid for award eligibility requirements and award payment details.

How will I receive other updates about my financial aid?

All official notices about your financial aid will be sent to your student email in myTCC. Official notices can include:

  • Award announcements
  • Missing document requests
  • Other essential information

Emails will be sent from financial.aid@tccd.edu or fahelp@tccd.edu.
