The Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) protects the privacy of academic records.
There is no charge for transcripts. All financial obligations must be met before transcripts will be released.
Transcripts are processed by staff in the Records Office and are sent by U.S. Mail. If a trading partnership has been established with the receiving institution, transcripts may be sent electronically via SPEEDE.
Allow three business days for processing—five business days during peak times.
Notice: Our offices will be closed December 15, 2014, through January 2, 2015. Transcript requests will not be processed during this time. Requests submitted will be processed beginning January 5, 2015, with an expected processing time of 7-10 business days.
