Applications are now closed for submission at Trinity River Campus.
Grades 3-6 Orientation
The responsibilities of college life are covered at orientation. In addition, parents are responsible for signing and returning the orientation policy agreement form contained in the application packet. This form states that parents have read and agree with each policy and procedure. Parents and guardians who fail to sign and return the orientation policy agreement form will not be able to enroll their children in any College for Kids 2018 program.
Scholarships will be available March 20, 2018, and will be first come first serve.
The last day we will be accepting applications for Trinity River will be May 31, 2018.

Orientation will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 31, 2018.
All session are held in the Win Room, TRTR 4030.
A T-shirt for each student, maps, schedule and other important information will be distributed. Afterward, you may tour the campus and find your classroom locations.
Orientation is optional for returning students; however, it is necessary for all new students. Returning students opting not to attend the orientation will be held accountable for the information shared. Read carefully the orientation information included in the students' packet.
Please stop by the copy center to request a TCC ID for your student. You will have up to 2 weeks after orientation to request one.
Trinity River Campus June 11-28, Monday–Thursday
- Morning Session Information:
- Activity Period: 7:30–8:20 a.m. (optional / additional fee) Energy Auditorium
- Morning Session: 8:30 a.m.–12:20 p.m.
- Morning drop-off time is 8:15 a.m.
- Morning pick-up time is 12:20 p.m.
Note: No schedule changes will be made after classes begin.

Drop-off and Pick-up Locations
If your student needs to be picked up before their session ends, they will be waiting at the CIES office. Picture ID is required. For safety purposes, parents are not allowed to pick up students from classrooms.
Regular Drop-off and Pick-up
Drop-off and pick-up locations will be discussed at orientation.
Supervised Activity Period
Morning activity period is from 7:30–8:20 a.m. Parents must present to sign their children into the activity period by coming into the Energy Auditorium.
Additional $40 fee to be paid at registration. Enter the following course information on the registration form.
