Program Description
Our self-paced certificate program is an ideal way to prepare for a career as a customer service representative.
We cover all areas of customer service, including customer communications and office organization. You will learn how to help customers by giving accurate, useful information about a product, service or event.
You will also learn to use basic office computer applications, such as word processing, spreadsheet and email programs.
You will be ready for entry-level customer service positions.
Eligibility Requirements and Prerequisites
You must complete our Office Assistant Certificate before enrolling in our Customer Service Representative Program.

After completing this program, you will receive a certificate for Customer Service Representative.
