Our program will introduce you to information security in both applications and the server environment.

You will learn how to:

  • Identify exposures and vulnerabilities and take appropriate countermeasures
  • Use best practices to design, implement and monitor a network security plan
  • Study system forensics, including methodologies used for analysis of computer security breaches
  • Examine security incident postmortem reporting
  • Monitor, audit, analyze and revise computer and network security systems to ensure appropriate levels of protection
  • Assure regulatory compliance
