HESI A2 Refunds

If you need to request a refund, you must cancel:

  • In writing at least 24 hours before your scheduled test date. Test fees are non-refundable after this deadline.
    and
  • Within 90 days of the original purchase date (found on your payment receipt). The testing company will not issue a refund after 90 days.

How many refunds can I request?

You may only request one refund per six month (180 days) period. If you cancel more than one test date within 180 days, you will only be refunded for one test date.

Can I reschedule my test?

The Testing Center will not reschedule your test date and you cannot transfer test fees to another test date. If you need to reschedule your test date, you must cancel your original test date at least 24 hours in advance and request a refund. Then you may sign up and pay for another test date, subject to availability.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed by Elsevier and may take as long as 4–6 weeks to process.

How do I cancel my test date?

Your email request must be sent at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled test date in order to receive a refund. To cancel your test date, email the following information to christina.heiden@tccd.edu:

  • Scheduled test date
  • Phone number
  • Evolve ID
  • Purchase date
  • Card type (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • Name as it appears on card

Your refund request must be sent from your official TCC email account. If you are not a TCC student, please send your request from your official college or university email account. Emails from personal accounts will not be accepted.
