Duane A. Cuttrell is the Operations Director and Deputy Vice President for Engineering and Technology at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering. Since 2015, he has held his current position and oversees engineering staffing and development programs. These include Technical Fellows, Rising Technical Talent (RTT), Advanced Technical Leadership Program (ATLP), and Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP). He also oversees centralized engineering services. These include Command Media, Training, Engineering Improvements, Design Process Integration, CAD/CAM support, Common Technical Services (CTS) hotline, common parts, engineering release, and data transfer. In addition, he serves on the Executive Board for the Fort Worth Regional Science and Engineering Fair (FWRSEF).

Don Kinard, Ph.D.
Senior Technical Fellow-Production Operations, Lockheed Martin Corporation
Don Kinard first became interested in science and engineering when he stayed up late to watch Neil Armstrong take his first steps on the moon. Today, he is a senior technical fellow for production operations and has been with Lockheed Martin for 31 years. As lead for the corporate fellows manufacturing team, he is part of the group that shares lessons learned and manufacturing technologies throughout all Lockheed Martin business areas. His technical interests include materials and structures, digital thread integration, manufacturing technology, manufacturing system design and production management. Don earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Trinity University and a Ph.D. in physical (polymer) chemistry from Texas A&M University.
