The Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) protects the privacy of academic records.

There is no charge for transcripts. All financial obligations must be met before transcripts will be released.

Transcripts are processed by staff in the Records Office and are sent by U.S. Mail. If a trading partnership has been established with the receiving institution, transcripts may be sent electronically via SPEEDE.

Allow three business days for processing—five business days during peak times.

How to Request a Transcript

  • Online
    • Log in to WebAdvisor
    • Select Students
    • Select Official Transcript Request under Academic Links
  • In Person
    • Any campus Registrar's Office can provide a printed transcript
      • Transcripts produced at a Registrar's Office are classified as "Issued to Student"
    • Limit three per request
  • By Mail to the District Office, Attn: Records and Reports
  • By Fax to 817-515-0625, Attn: Records and Reports
  • Sorry, no phone or email requests

Electronic Transcripts (SPEEDE)

Transcripts can be transmitted electronically to certain institutions if:

  • A trading partnership has been established with the receiving institution
  • Your Academic Standing is Good or Probation
    Note: If you are on Suspension or Dismissal, your transcript will be sent via U.S. Mail.
  • You have no outstanding financial obligation to the College

View Transcript or Check Request Status

  1. Log in to WebAdvisor
  2. Select Students
  3. Select View Unofficial Transcript, or
    Select My Student Summary to view TCC Transcript Requests
