Offsite District Multipurpose Center

The offsite district multipurpose center (ODMC) is located between the Northeast and Northwest Campus in Fossil Creek near Haltom City.

Designed as an open concept work environment, this location houses real estate and facilities professionals. It has many amenities such as a social zone, resource spaces, focus rooms, huddle spaces and a large conference room.

The center is used by TCCD personnel also for campus and other departmental functions. The ODMC is home to:

• District Warehouse
• Information Technology Storage Area
• Records Management and District Archives
• Asset Management
