*Tarrant County College District was awarded a Governor’s Summer Merit Program grant for Summer 2024. The Governor’s Summer Merit Program provides youth interested in a STEM field to enroll in a camp that focuses on science, technology, engineering or math (STEM).

Camp Highlights

Our camp will focus on science, technology, engineering, and math. We'll provide instruction in areas including:

  • Science safety
  • Scientific methods
  • Atomic theory and experiments
  • Forensic analysis
  • Experiments in engineering projectile launches

We will help you explore various STEM career opportunities. You will also visit the Perot Museum to participate in a guided dissection of a sheep's brain.

Campus Days of the Week Time
Northeast Monday-Thursday 8 a.m.-3 p.m.

Apply for Classes

Complete and submit the online Governor's Summer Merit Application.

Orientation

Orientation will be held on the first day of classes from 8-9 a.m.
