You may be eligible for the firefighter tuition exemption if you are a paid firefighter.

Call the Fire Academy office for information on required letter of employment to use the firefighter tuition exemption.

Credit Student

• In-District Tuition: $1,152
• Out-of-District Tuition: $2,268
• Out-of-State/Foreign Tuition: $5,490

Continuing Education Student

• Continuing Education Tuition: $1,152

Additional Costs

All additional costs are approximate and subject to change, and must be paid separately.

• Textbook: $87
• Bunker Gear Rental: $600
  • Note: Bunker Gear is not provided through the TCC Fire Academy, but is available through independent suppliers such as Turnout Rental and Gear Cleaning Solutions. Do not rent bunker gear until you have been accepted into the class.
