TCC automatically graduates students who meet graduation requirements and have a valid program of study on record. Diplomas are mailed to the address in your file using the name on your file.

To update your mailing address or how your name appears on your diploma, submit the Graduation Interest Form in the Graduation Overview area of MyTCCTrack (even if you do not wish to participate in commencement). You may submit this form in your final semester of enrollment at TCC.

Diploma Mailing Schedule

Upon completion of all degree requirements, student diplomas are processed by District Admissions and Records and will be sent via U.S. Mail according to the following schedule:

  • Summer completion: Mid-September
  • Fall completion: Mid-January
  • Spring completion: Mid-June

Duplicate and Replacement Diploma Requests

Diploma reprinting costs $30.

You'll receive an email when your order has been received. Your payment will not be processed until your order has been verified. Once your order has been verified, you will receive an email that your payment has been processed.

The diploma will be mailed within two weeks to the address on the order.
