Employee Assistance Program

Alliance Work Partners (opens in a new tab) is TCC's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider, which:

Helps employees effectively deal with the stress of juggling the demands of work, family and other obligations
Offers confidential services at no cost to the employees and their families
Provides short term counseling, legal and financial consultation

Eligibility includes full-time faculty and staff and retirees. This excludes on-call and adjunct faculty.
