Recycling at TCC

Recycling helps minimize the amount of trash TCC sends to the landfill .

Around campus, you will see many containers for trash and recycling. Use the correct bin when you dispose of trash and recyclables.

Recycle These Items

Use the recycling bin only for the items listed below.

• Plastic bottles and jars with screw-top lids
• Empty aluminum drink cans

Everything else should go in the trash.

Do Not Recycle

These items cannot be recycled and should always go in the trash.

• Cups and lids (plastic, Styrofoam, or paper)
• Food containers (plastic or Styrofoam)
• Plastic cutlery
• Plastic bags
