Student IDs

You can get your student ID and parking permit after you register and pay for classes. To avoid long lines, get them before classes begin.

Where to Pick Up Your ID

Student IDs are free and available at the each's campus's Copy Center

What You'll Need

You will need your:

  • Picture ID
    Driver's license, passport, bank card with photo on card, student ID from high school
  • Student Statement
  • Colleague ID 
    You need your Colleague ID if it is not printed on your Schedule and Fees Statement. 

How to Print Your Student Statement

To print your student statement after you register and pay for your courses:

  1. Log in to MyTCCTrack.
  2. Select the Student Account module.
  3. Select the term/quarter from your Account Summary page.
  4. Select View Statement, located on the right-hand side of the screen.
  5. Print your student statement.

How to Find Your Colleague ID Number

You can find your student ID number, also known as your Colleague ID, in MyTCCTrack.

To find your ID number, you must:

  1. Log in to MyTCCTrack.
  2. Go to your user profile.
  3. Find your Colleague ID listed beneath your name.

Replace a Student ID

Replacement fee: $10

  1. Pay the replacement fee at a Business Services Office.
  2. Take your receipt to the Copy Center on your campus to get your new ID.
