TCC Connect aims to provide every student with a positive educational experience. We ensure that any concerns or complaints are responded to in a timely and appropriate manner.
If you have a concern or complaint, you should first attempt to address it directly with those involved. If it cannot be resolved with those directly involved, formal due process is available through TCC's student complaint process.
If an issue cannot be resolved internally, you can file a complaint with appropriate agency in your state of residence. You may also submit a complaint through the NC-SARA' student complaint process (link opens in a new window).
Please check the NC-SARA site regularly for any changes to any state’s authorization status.
