Signing Up for Commencement

Once you have made sure you've met all graduation requirements, complete the Commencement Participation Form:

  1. Log in to WebAdvisor
  2. Select Students
  3. Select Commencement Participation Form, found under the Student Records Services heading
  4. Select Click here to access the Commencement Participation Form at the bottom of the page
  5. Check the box of the appropriate academic program and click Submit
  6. Fill out the form and click Submit

You can also receive a paper form by meeting with your academic advisor.

When is the deadline to sign up for graduation?

You must submit either your electronic or paper form by one of the following deadlines:

  • WebAdvisor form deadline: April 2, 2018
  • Paper participation form deadline: May 4, 2018
