Minority/Women Business Enterprises and Historically Underutilized Business (M/WBE/HUB) have equal opportunities to compete for contracts for products and services requested by TCCD. This policy is designed to actively encourage the largest possible audience to participate in TCCD's M/WBE/HUB program.

TCCD will develop a continuously updated source library of M/WBE/HUBs that demonstrate that they can successfully compete and meet the supply and service needs of TCCD.
