Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) have equal opportunities to compete for contracts for products and services requested by TCCD. This policy is designed to actively encourage the largest possible audience to participate in TCCD's HUB program Listen.

TCCD will develop a continuously updated source library of HUBs that demonstrate that they can successfully compete and meet the supply and service needs of TCCD.
