Program Description

Our Property Management Technician program provides courses for entry-level professionals in the local multifamily housing industry. We offer basic, module-based training through in-person (face-to-face) classes.

Credentials in Detail

TCC Award

You will receive a TCC Institutional Award upon successful completion of all course requirements.

Our courses will cover:

Students will register their licensure through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

NCCER Core Exam

You will be able to sit for the NCCER Core Exam after successful completion of the CBFM 1000 - Building Maintenance Skills course. Passing the NCCER Core Exam will award you the NCCER Core Certificate.

EPA Section 608 Universal Certification Test

After successful completion of the HART 1056 - EPA Recovery Certification Preparation course, you can take the EPA Section 608 Universal Certification Test. This exam will be administered by the EPA, an approved certifying organization. Passing the exam will award you the EPA Section 608 Universal Certificate.
