Integrated Educational Training

Our Integrated Educational Training short-term classes combine adult education, literacy, workforce training, and preparatory activities. Upon completion of the program, you will earn a recognized industry credential and will be afforded the opportunity to receive stackable credentials within the same career pathway.

CDL Driver

What are the requirements?

To enroll in the Certified Truck Driver training program, you will need to meet certain requirements. First you must be 21 years old or older and complete 12-20 hours of adult education literacy classes. Next you will need to provide the following items:

  • Driver’s license
  • Social Security card
  • Original birth certificate
  • High school diploma or HSE/GED (if available)
  • CASAS scores

Certified Phlebotomy Technician

How long is the program?

90 hours (5 days/week for 6 weeks)

What are the requirements?

Background check and immunizations

What will you do at work?

  • Draw blood from patients for clinical or medical testing, transfusions, donations, or research
  • Collect blood primarily by performing venipunctures (or, for collection of minute quantities of blood, finger sticks).</li >

Certified Nurses Aid (CNA)

How long is the program?

104 hours (5 days/week for 7 weeks)

What are the requirements?

Submit time sensitive materials (e.g. immunizations, background check, transcripts) 

What will you do at work?

  • Support and assist nurses
  • Help patients with healthcare needs such as showering, dressing and eating

Certified Translator

How long is the program?

70 hours (5 days a week for 4 weeks)

What are the requirements?

Tested in both English and Spanish, pass a language proficiency exam online. All questions in English.      

What you will do at work?

Use written and spoken word in courts, hospitals, schools, universities, and businesses.
