Academic advising services are available remotely. You can contact an advisor in real-time via chat bubble for advising services, or use one of the contact options below.

We encourage you to check-in with your academic advisors regularly and to prepare for upcoming course registration.

Beginning May 11 through July 31, 2020.

  • Monday–Thursday: 7:30 a.m.–6 p.m.
  • Friday, Saturday and Sunday: Closed

TCC Connect Campus

TCC Connect Campus academic advisors are available to all TCC students.

Beginning May 11 through July 31, 2020.

  • Monday–Friday: 10 a.m.–11 p.m.
  • Saturday: 1–4 p.m.
  • Sunday: 5–10 p.m.

Limited In-Person Services

Beginning Tuesday, July 7, a small group of team members from Advising, Admissions and Registrar, Business Services and Financial Aid will be available in one central location on each campus to provide targeted support and services.

For your convenience and faster access, Academic Advising will also continue to offer services remotely.

If you visit a campus, you must wear a mask/face covering that covers your nose and mouth, and follow social distancing practices. If you cannot wear a face mask or covering due to medical, religious or other reasons, email AskHR@tccd.edu for possible accommodation measures.
