Career Advising

Career advisors help you achieve academic and career goals.

How can a career advisor help me?

Career advisors help current or returning students:

  • Identify a career pathway
  • Plan your class schedule
  • Learn about transferring to a 4-year university
  • Explore career options and resources
  • Find campus resources like tutoring, academic help, and more

Do I have an assigned career advisor?

Yes! TCC assigns an advisor to be your personal guide throughout your academic and career journey with us.

To locate your assigned career advisor,

  1. Log in to Hello!TCC.
  2. Search for or select Student Summary.

How often should I meet with my career advisor?

Check-in with your career advisor regularly for guidance on your career pathway and help planning your upcoming semester.

Do I need to schedule an appointment to meet with my career advisor?

There are two options to meet with your career advisor:

  • Schedule an appointment
  • Drop-in for a meeting
